Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Assistant Manager Franchise – S/4HANA supports the Franchise team throughout the S/4HANA program. The role acts as the single point of contact for all Franchise‑related S/4HANA topics and helps coordinate activities, information, and timelines with the central program team. By ensuring good communication, clear documentation, and proper preparation of key users, this role helps Franchise stay organized, aligned, and ready for the transition to the new system
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for all S/4HANA topics within the Franchise team
- Share simple weekly updates on program status, next steps, and key timelines
- Coordinate key user activities, including meetings, trainings, and workshops
- Support planning together with the S/4HANA program team
- Keep documentation organized and updated (e.g., action logs, decisions, process notes)
- Track tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines across different stakeholders
- Prepare basic presentations or summaries as needed
- Support creation and consolidation of training materials, process flows, and status documents
- Ensure consistent organization and accessibility of all S/4HANA-related franchise materials
- Other duties as requested by your manager

- Strong organization and coordination abilities

- Ability to manage several tasks and bring structure to work
- Very good Microsoft Office 365 skills, especially PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint Online

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree with focus on Project management, Business Administration, or related areas or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience in project management, franchise, retail, or sales team
- Experience working with stakeholders and experts on various organizational levels
