Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role is accountable for maintaining effective control of CS inventory in close alignment with the Category Trading Managers.
Responsibilities include managing and executing strategic projects like Trans4rm and support Concept store and Franchise merchandising teams with some key operational processes like allocation and replenishment, reporting etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the initial allocation planning process through close collaboration with Business Development, Merchandising, and Trading Management teams.
• Drive implementation of key strategic projects that impact planning, buying, allocation and pricing across DTC (e.g. Trans4rm Project)
• Actively participate in all new system testing roll outs (e.g. Trans4rm) on behalf of the merchandising teams for Concept stores and Franchise.
• Assist in managing store inventory levels by coordinating replenishment and forecasting with Trading Managers to minimize stockouts across stores.
• Consolidate and analyze product performance at store level, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the team.
• Monitor product launches by store and proactively communicate risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to the execution of the EOSS/MSS strategy, including identifying stock and return optimization opportunities.
• Support sales and inventory forecasting required for optimal performance of the A&R tool, including maintenance of system parameters such as MDQ, capacity, receiving capacity, and display settings.
• Prepare reporting packages for Category and Cluster Leads (e.g., inventory reports, WSSI, end‑to‑end trackers).
• Regularly monitor and execute the deactivation of discontinued items within the system.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Experience with SAP Retail and SAP F&R is an advantage
• Fluent English skills
• Strong understanding of retail management systems
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Structured, organized, and process oriented working style
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure
Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
• A university degree and/or a commercial education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or Sales is preferred
• Merchandising experience: 2+ years
• Experience in Store Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, or Logistics
