Assistant Manager Style Operations -Temp 6 months (m/f/d)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Support managing the Supply Planning and Supply Chain Management activities for respective fashion labels and/ or Originals Collaborations globally, to support the strategic direction of Originals & Style. Assist in driving all related change initiatives required towards the strategic positioning of Originals & Style and the continuous improvement of the relevant KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support managing all production planning, purchasing, prioritization setting, transportation mode changes, inbound planning and distribution activities from tier 1 factories as well as all claim process activities in the follow up process
- Ensure cost efficiency and in-time availability to contribute to the achievement of defined targets
- Optimize Supply Plans and execute PO Management. Ensure tracking and tracing of Purchase Orders
- Interface with Supplier, Sales, Customer Service, Development, CtC and Marketing to optimize supply availability to meet retail intro dates
- Monitor external Logistics Provider (globally) on day-to-day business
- Manage master data process to ensure in time data availability in systems for Fashion Sell In and Global Order Cut Offs for respective Fashion labels globally
- Support all respective fashion labels and/ or Originals Collaborations projects
- Planning and execution of samples order process

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Very good planning, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to understand supply chain issues and drive solutions
- Strong team player with the ability to work with diverse groups of people in a productive manner
- Good knowledge of standard software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power-Bi) and relevant systems (e.g. SAP AFS, S4)
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations / Logistics or a related field
