Designer Apparel - Running (m/f/d)
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION
• Develop industry leading creative solutions for assigned concept or category, to create a highly
relevant, desirable and clear adidas brand image, from sell in to sellout [consumer- facing]
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the creative development of concepts and ranges across multiple consumer touchpoints.
• Develop creative strategies that fulfill the objectives of the design direction, brief and timeline.
• Collaborate with Footwear & Color and Material team to bring holistic storytelling and relevent
consistent visual expression to product.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth product creation and development.
• Review and approve production stages of the creative process.
• Be able to translate abstract ideas into interisting apparel solutions, knowing when to push, refine
or reimagine.
• Incorporating feedback effectively to your work.
• Assist in the development of annual and long-term Creative Direction initiatives.
• Communicate creative ideas clearly in presentations to various stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions or ideas that enhance creative output.
• Seek out Running Apparel innovation opportunities and integrate insight into your work in order to
deliver exceptional results.

• IT skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint: advanced /Outlook
• Design apps: expert
• Advanced illustration skills - ability to express ideas thru high level drawings- digital & analog.
• Art Direction of photoshoots, styling sessions, image editing capabilities
• Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom
• Language: English: excellent
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree (B.A.) from a college or universityfrom a college or university, in relevant design field
(e.g. apparel, fashion).
• 3 years of practical experience in Apparel design.
