Applicants are considered for the available intern roles in the Business Development / Strategy teams in our global HQ. As part of our Business Development & Strategy teams, you'll help in creating data-driven insights and reporting as well as insightful leadership presentations and shape communication cross-functionally. The Business Development teams manage key strategic projects, as well as partnerships and identify key business opportunities that are key drivers for continuous growth.

GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
Strategic Project & Initiative Management
- Lead and support cross-functional projects across departments (Sales, Brand, Finance, HR, Retail, etc.).
- Coordinate execution of events, athlete interactions, store contests, and partner engagements across Europe.
- Manage project briefs, timelines, resources, and stakeholder alignment.
- Track progress of initiatives using planning tools and maintain documentation.
Communication & Engagement
- Improve communication between European Retail Stores and Back Office teams and support the management of internal communication tools
- Assist in communication campaigns and special projects across regions.
Presentation & Reporting Excellence
- Create high-impact presentations and reports for leadership, retail, and external audiences.
- Distill complex updates into clear, visually compelling summaries.
- Compile market and consumer insights to support business decisions.
- Assist in producing retail-specific presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides).
Operational & Administrative Support
- Organize and follow up on meetings, workshops, market visits, and executive travel.
- Manage calendars, meeting logistics, and action tracking.
- Support ad hoc tasks and administrative duties
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Student of Management, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Strategy or similar
- Fluency in English (written & spoken), German is a plus
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Curiosity and analytical capabilities, demonstrating the ability to manage complex data, derive insights, and effectively convey narratives through presentations.
- Strong organizational and communication competencies
- Ideally first experience in project management and / or working in a cross-functional environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills are beneficial
- Good analytical skills and first experience in data analysis and reporting are a plus
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems independently

ELIGIBILITY
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
- Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2026 - September 2026
- Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
