Our HR Business Partner Teams work closely with leaders, line managers and employees of a defined business area. They provide partnership, consulting and coaching on all people related matters.

TALENT ACQUISITION

The Talent Acquisition (TA) team hires the people who will enable business success. The team is fundamentally important in creating ready diverse talent bench for future leadership positions. TA leads all recruitment efforts globally (intern, professional, management & executive) for corporate and retail hiring needs and develops recruitment strategies to identify both current and future talent needs.

 

GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS

Talent Acquisition

  • Support the Headquarter Talent Acquisition Team in daily operations and initiatives
  • Assist with posting job openings across internal and external platforms
  • Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
  • Screen resumes and support initial candidate assessments (recruiter interview, prepare interview structure and/or assessment structure for hiring managers, etc.)
  • Support the TA team to provide qualified candidate profiles to hiring managers and handle candidate communications, including rejections
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Prepare recruitment-related reports and presentations to support data-driven decisions (e.g. through LinkedIn Insights reports)
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, talent gaps & priorities
  • Support in proactively building talent pools for identified job families in the assigned business area
  • Support the planning and execution of university, internal, and external recruiting events
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks related to recruitment as needed

 

HR Business Partnering

  • Support all process steps after hiring decision in dedicated support area together with HR Services (e.g. issue of contract, Works council, drive relocation, onboarding, offboarding, reference letters)
  • Day to day management of administrative tasks
  • Work closely with HR Services department to ensure employee data integrity (e.g. SAP accuracy)
  • Helping hand to HRBP Team
  • Schedule and organize internal (e.g. Team Meetings within HR department) and external meetings, appointments and events, create agendas and prepare documents, ensure necessary infrastructure is provided
  • Carry out ad-hoc special projects (incl. presentations) and assignments as requested, ensuring accurate and reliable information is provided with and end to end perspective in mind (e.g. Workshops)

 

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH 

  • Student of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) 
  • Fluent in German (written & spoken) is a plus
  • Strong MS Office skills 
  • Strong interest in the HR topics 
  • Understanding of HR data and processes is a plus
  • Interest in the field of Labor Law
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Self-organized and reliable 
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Team player who enjoys working in an international environment 
  • Passion for Sport

ELIGIBILITY

  • Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship 
  • Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
  • Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate) 
  • Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2026 – September 2026 
  • Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
