Whether you're supporting the preparation of range directions, dive deep into the product creation process or support consumer, market and retailer insights, your role will be integral in shaping the success of our brand in the dynamic world of sports. 

 

We are hiring for 8 different teams across multiple business areas and markets, from Consortium / Fashion to Sportswear & Training, to Outdoor, Running, Originals & Lifestyle, Motorsports and more. Please be aware, that for some of our teams, German language skills will be mandatory.

GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS 

  • Assist the Product Management team in preparing the range direction
  • Understand and execute the product creation process according to calendar timelines, from product brief to the final product
  • Work within a cross-functional team to enable a smooth product creation process with an optimum product outcome 
  • Engage in competitor benchmarking: store checks, online research, trend analysis and analyze range performance 
  • Build knowledge to be able to maintain product information systems according to process timelines 
  • Experience market, consumer and retailer needs to be able to create industry leading products 
  • Help to prepare range presentations
  • Support sample management
  • Support in preparation of Merchandising overviews and meetings
  • Execute given projects within a discussed frame

 

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH 

  • Student of Business Administration, International Business, Design, Product Management / Development or similar with a focus on Marketing /Textile/Fashion/Sports
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken), German language skills are a plus
  • Strong MS Office skills  
  • Strong interest & passion for Sport or Lifestyle & Fashion 
  • Project Management skills and / or ability to work on multiple tasks and project streams at the same time 
  • Work collaboratively with multiple colleagues and stakeholders

ELIGIBILITY

  • Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship 
  • Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
  • Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
  • Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 2026 – March 2027
  • Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
