Join one of our Consumer & Market Insight or Sales Insights & Analytics teams and help transform data into meaningful business actions. Working with a variety of data sources, you will support the creation of actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across Europe.
As part of the team, you will analyze consumer behavior, market dynamics, category performance, and sales trends to identify growth opportunities and business drivers. You will contribute to reporting, forecasting, dashboard development, and leadership presentations, helping stakeholders better understand business performance and make data-driven decisions.
GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
- Deliver actionable consumer, market, and sales insights to support strategic and commercial decision-making across Europe
- Analyze consumer behavior, category trends, market dynamics, and business performance using multiple data sources, including consumer panel data, POS data, sales data, and market share information
- Monitor and evaluate market, customer, channel, and product performance across different regions, categories, and distribution channels
- Identify trends, growth opportunities, risks, and key performance drivers through quantitative analysis and business deep dives
- Develop forecasts and provide data-driven recommendations to support business planning, sales strategies, and category growth initiatives
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations to communicate insights and key findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way
- Support sales and business stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses, reporting requests, and data-driven answers to business questions
- Improve transparency of business performance by tracking and analyzing relevant KPIs and commercial metrics
- Contribute to the development, optimization, and automation of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical processes
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Category Management, and other cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate insights into meaningful actions
- Ensure consumer perspectives and market realities are reflected in business decisions, helping place the consumer at the center of commercial and brand strategies
- Support projects focused on reporting enhancement, process improvement, forecasting, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Student of Management, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Strategy or similar
- Fluency in English (written & spoken), German is a plus
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- PowerBI and Tableau knowledge is a plus
- Curiosity and analytical capabilities, demonstrating the ability to manage complex data, derive insights, and effectively convey narratives through presentations.
- Strong organizational and communication competencies
- Ideally first experience in project management and / or working in a cross-functional environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills are beneficial
- Good analytical skills and first experience in data analysis and reporting are a plus
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems independently

Monthly gross allowance: non-compulsory internship 2.470,00€, compulsory internship 1.930,00€ (Difference due to different taxation, net will be the same)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship

Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)

Students with ideally max. one year to graduation preferred

Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2027 – September 2027

Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
