PURPOSE
As a Distribution Excellence Manager, you are responsible for the quality and strategic impact of complex distribution intelligence tools. Together with Engineering, DC operations teams and vendors you work on continuously improving and evolving RFID and Labor Management to maximize the value for the consumer.
Partnering with vendors and markets to define a distribution intelligence solutions in our distribution centers, managing capability expansion increments and leading the team towards definition of new functionalities & best practices are a few examples of the activities that will be expected from this role. Additionally, you will be cooperating with various internal stakeholders, including DC operations, Global Centers of Excellence and IT channel department to drive consumer engagement and satisfaction, as well as incremental revenues out of delivering digital experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain RFID & LM solution health in collaboration with the product owners of the external solution vendors
- Own and prioritize change requests and continuous improvement for LM and RFID solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment across internal and external teams
- Act as single point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Product Enablement & Adoption
- Manages the Supply Chain RFID & LM support program
- Contribute to Improve ways of working within the product(s) and with stakeholders to enhance release capacity and user experience quality.
- Own and update regular operations reporting
- Accountable for adoption and continuous improvement of KPI Tracking
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of product and process documentation for areas impacted by RFID & LM
- Contribute to the user journey design and insights gathering for the products
- Continuous improvement & change management
- Drive creation and refinement change requests collaboratively with stakeholders and the dev teams, in alignment with product objectives
- Define and create functional specifications, acceptance criteria and quality if changes
- Provide acceptance for delivered changes items by the team
- Stakeholder Management
- Represent the business for the product, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that their views and requirements are captured in the product backlog
- Facilitate and drive super users community connects enabling knowledge exchange and best practice sharing between users and product team
- PMO Support
- Support senior manager with documentation and preparation of community connects, QBRs and Steering Committee
- Keep project blueprint documentation up to date based on regular review cycles

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and processes
- Basic knowledge in systems as WMS, Labor Management and RFID
- Project management experience incl. PM tools (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Experience in Business Architecture / UX design is a plus.
- Advanced data analysis skills in Excel, SQL/Databricks welcome
- Advanced understanding of IT products and capabilities
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
- Experience in working with stakeholders and experts at various seniority levels
