Manager Sales Finance-Cross Channel (m/f/d)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Global Brand & Sales Finance team delivers insights, including early trend analysis, to guide key business decisions and achieve financial goals. We enable capabilities, best practices, and governance across markets, categories, and channels.
Within this team the Global Sales Finance team acts as the financial business partner and advisor to the Global Sales Leadership team. The Global Sales Finance team creates state of the art financial analysis and transparency towards Senior Leadership and supports markets in using standardized capabilities.
The Manager Sales Finance – Cross channel acts as a financial business partner across multiple sales channels (Retail, Wholesale, Franchise, Digital), enabling fact-based decision-making and driving profitability and growth. The role ensures transparency on business performance, supports strategic initiatives, and harmonizes processes across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create transparency in business performance and profitability across all channels (Retail, Wholesale, Franchise, Digital)
- Support the identification of opportunities and risks, derive solutions and facilitate related decisions
- Prepare adequate communication packages for senior leadership, summarizing financial results, risks, and opportunities
- Drive and ensure solid reporting set up in dynamic environment, ensuring legalities and confidentiality requirements are met
- Ensure that cross channel standardized reporting and ad hoc analysis is consistent with the Corporate FP&A team
- Coordinate financial deep dives across the Sales Finance team. Ensure an aligned approach, facilitate the process and make sure timelines are met.
- Support the Sr. Director Sales Finance and the Sales Finance sub-teams on ad hoc requests across channels as well as specific channel/ OOH deep dives, specific analysis or reporting
- Support audits and internal reviews related to cross-channel financial activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Comprehensive business understanding combined with excellent finance and analytical skills
- Good understanding of FP&A, controlling and finance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
- Solutions-oriented approach and entrepreneurial mindset
- High degree of customer orientation and first experiences in business partnering
- Thorough understanding of the complexity, interactions and dynamics of an international company
- Ability to work independently within a global and changing environment, including completion of tasks of different complexity levels; operate cross-functionally and understand external business drivers
- Good planning and organization skills, including project management skills
- Strong communication skills for persuasion and convincing others
- Result orientation and pro-activity –hands on approach
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Controlling
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience within Finance
- Comprehensive understanding of system landscape
