Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Partnership Servicing manage the end-to-end supply chain for globally led Consumer facing and adidas product related activities with Athletes and Partners driving Brand Credibility.
The scope of this role is the maintenance, development and creation of supportive (frontend) Systems, Processes and Reports to enable a Data driven approach.
Furthermore, the internal coordination of TRANS4RM within Partnership Servicing will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Development of relevant systems
• Ensure systems supporting the business are operating effectively.
• Significantly enhance and improve working methods for day-to-day processes and systems.
• Provide input into new processes or operational plans and deliver results with direct impact on the department targets.
• Ensure smooth operation of the day today business by taking on ownership for related actions.
• Ensure that Partnership Servicing Team and Clients understand the fulfillment process and working on proper System and Reporting environment.
• Establish and maintain IT governance structure within PS.
• Accountable main partner for business users and Clients in terms of systems demands and trainings.
• Leverage, recommend and implement processes whenever and provide training where necessary.
- Data driven processes (including Primary Data and Finance Management)
- Manage and execute standardized reports and ad-hoc analysis.
- Manage information to ensure seasonal partnership servicing reporting within PRS leading to seamless E2E processes throughout the product supply chain
- Identify improvement potential of data-driven processes by analyzing, deriving solutions and facilitating appropriate decisions
- Proactively manage issues relevant to primary data management, e.g. pricing, customers, items, with relevant stakeholders, e.g. legal, finance, tax, and ensure accuracy of the E2E system
- Lead and perform cost recalculations to clients for costs incurred given the nature of the business (fabric remnants, non-standard freight, cancellation costs, etc.) and support team members in applying the required action steps & continuously monitor claims with stakeholders
- Continuous and independent execution and development of tasks, procedures and processes based on existing standards/policies/strategy towards defined targets and creation of service procedures and principles

• Coordinate and support Partnership servicing business leads before, during and after S/4HANA transformation.
• Drive TRANS4RM project in close cooperation with Partnership Servicing SD, PS project owners and affiliated stakeholders to achieve defined targets.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Advanced knowledge in SAP and MS office
• Knowledge in BI and data management or analytics (systems)
• Understanding of structured problem solving methodologies
• Analytical mindset, innovative thinker and collaborator
• Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices.
• Good Business Process Management & Logistics insights
• End-to-end/solution-oriented thinking.
• Ability to mediate and bring together and manage Cross-functional teams
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Skills and abilities in German
• Team Player, open to new ideas/systems
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University Degree or equivalent education (e.g. business economist, Masters)
• 4+ years practical experience
• Comprehensive IT Background
