Senior Manager HR Rewards (m/f/d) temp until June 2026

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Rewards Partner supporting the development and implementation of creative and innovative Rewards solutions, supporting the delivery of the adidas strategy while fostering a positive employee experience. Rewards encompasses Compensation, Benefits & Cross-Boarder Employment.

Partner with the relevant HR and Business stakeholders globally on all Rewards related topics (Compensation & Benefits, Cross-Border Employment and Recognition) as well as lead the implementation and communication of Rewards processes, standards, procedures and guidelines for this Business Unit.

Key focus on the use of data and analytics, as well as digital solutions to provide the best employee experience, while ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity of the Rewards offering.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary Rewards contact point and subject matter expert for key HR and Business stakeholders; working together with these stakeholders to create and deliver Rewards solutions, with a focus on the employee experience.
  • Implementation and execution of core global Rewards programs and processes
  • Continually evaluate and partner with respective Geography leads to ensure relevant programs, processes, and procedures in one country lead to the same Rewards experience
  • Analyze industry insights and leading practices in the space of HR Rewards
  • Focus on creating connections within and between teams, as well as with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a global mindset in the implementation of global programs, standards, and policies.
  • Apply storytelling techniques to facilitate effective change management and achieve alignment and buy-in.
  • Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends and produce solutions.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions, as well as Finance, Tax and Legal/Labor Relations to ensure alignment and compliance of Rewards programs and processes
  • Lead the creation of Market Reference Ranges for respective scope, including consultation and alignment with HRBPs.
  • Prepare executive compensation offers, working closely with Exec TA, HRBP and business stakeholders as required
  • Actively engage in internal and external networks and communities to ensure active knowledge transfer, and to facilitate innovation.
  • Remain abreast of existing and future trends and implications on rewards programs.
  • Provide ongoing evaluation of Reward programs to ensure alignment with market and strategy.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or adequate education with emphasis on business or Total Rewards
  • 6+ years of overall work experience in Rewards in international companies with matrix structures
  • Work experience in HR areas besides Compensation & Benefits (preferred)
