Senior Specialist Workplace Management- Strategic Multimedia & Executive Experience Support (m/f/d)

Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DC’s for adidas. 

The Senior Specialist Workplace Management – Strategic Multimedia & Executive Experience Support supports the strategic multimedia priorities, executive experience requirements and business-critical multimedia services directly under the Senior Manager Workplace Management – Multimedia & Events in Germany. The role provides flexible support across executive events, high-visibility multimedia environments, strategic initiatives, project readiness, special assignments and service improvement activities. The role contributes to project delivery and handover quality while strengthening internal capability and reducing reliance on external role mirroring.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support executive multimedia requirements, high-visibility events, townhalls, leadership formats and strategic service requests with a strong service and experience mindset.
  • Provide cross-functional support across Event Services & Experience, Operations & Service Delivery and Projects & Integration based on priority and business impact.
  • Support preparation, readiness checks, rehearsals, executive room readiness, technical validation, live-event backup and post-event documentation for critical formats.
  • Support strategic multimedia spaces, showrooms, executive environments and special-use areas with readiness input, user experience feedback and service improvement proposals.
  • Contribute to project delivery through requirements clarification, pilot testing, acceptance support, documentation input, operational readiness and project-to-service handover.
  • Support standards, checklists, lessons learned, repeatable setup models and service quality improvements for executive multimedia and high-impact service scenarios.
  • Coordinate with functional service owners, Tech, vendors and stakeholders to make risks, dependencies and readiness gaps visible early.
  • Support vendor and partner coordination where required, without replacing formal vendor governance or commercial ownership.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong service mindset and professional behavior in executive, stakeholder-facing and business-critical multimedia environments.
  • Good technical understanding of workplace multimedia, event technology, collaboration systems, AV signal flow, streaming, room readiness and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Events, Operations, Projects and Governance with clear documentation and structured communication.
  • Strong readiness-check, problem-solving, escalation and quality-control skills under visible business conditions.
  • Ability to translate operational experience into standards, checklists, lessons learned and future service improvements.
  • Willingness to support project testing, acceptance, documentation and handover as a core part of the future service model.
  • Business English is required; German is beneficial for local service delivery.

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Vocational qualification, technical training or equivalent experience in media technology, event technology, AV, broadcast, IT, electrical engineering or related technical field.
  • More than 3 years of professional experience in the multimedia field.
  • Experience in workplace multimedia, executive event support, AV services, collaboration technology, live-event operations or comparable technical service environments.
  • Training in AVIXA CTS, Dante, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Shure, Yamaha, Q-SYS, Biamp, Crestron, AV-over-IP, LED or similar technologies is beneficial.
