Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DC’s for adidas.
The Senior Specialist Workplace Management – Multimedia Innovation, Standards & Special Projects Support supports multimedia standards, innovation, special projects and future workplace technology initiatives directly under the Senior Manager Workplace Management – Multimedia & Events in Germany. The role helps translate project, service and user experience learnings into standards, documentation, reusable solutions and future service improvements. The role supports project delivery, acceptance, technical validation and handover quality across the service model while avoiding a narrow 1:1 technician role profile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and improvement of multimedia standards, technical checklists, documentation templates, readiness criteria and reusable service models.
- Support special projects, innovation pilots, proof-of-concepts, new workplace technology use cases and strategic multimedia assignments across event, operations and project environments.
- Contribute to project delivery by supporting technical validation, acceptance input, documentation quality, asset capture, service readiness and project-to-operations handover.
- Support Projects & Integration with solution feedback, integration readiness, handover requirements and operational lessons learned from live service environments.
- Support Operations with lifecycle data, service documentation, room/system validation, monitoring input, RMA readiness and standardization improvements.
- Support Event Services & Experience with event-space standards, support, experience quality input, pilot events and readiness validation for new or upgraded spaces.
- Translate recurring operational findings and project learnings into improvement proposals, knowledge articles, standards and stakeholder-ready documentation.
- Support vendor and manufacturer coordination on technical inputs where required, while commercial and governance ownership remains with the accountable service owner

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong technical curiosity and structured working style with ability to connect operations, events, projects and future workplace technology topics.
- Good understanding of AV / multimedia systems, collaboration technology, digital signage, room standards, event spaces, signal flow, networked AV and documentation practices.
- Ability to create, improve and maintain technical standards, checklists, readiness criteria, handover documents and knowledge content.
- Strong collaboration skills across service owners, technicians, Tech, planners, programmers, vendors and stakeholders.
- Ability to support pilots, special projects, acceptance processes and transition into stable service delivery.
- Service mindset with focus on user experience, operational readiness, quality and continuous improvement.
- Business English is required; German is beneficial for local service delivery.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Vocational qualification, technical training or equivalent experience in media technology, AV integration, information technology, event technology, electrical engineering or related field.
- More than 3 years of professional experience in the multimedia field.
- Experience in multimedia operations, AV integration, workplace technology projects, service documentation, event technology or comparable technical environments.
- Training in AVIXA CTS, Dante, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Shure, Yamaha, AV-over-IP, LED systems or similar technologies is beneficial.
