Specialist Brand Partnerships Operations (m/fd)
PURPOSE:
Support Brand Partnerships Operations regarding process management/improvements with its IT components, ensuring daily data governance and tools support in the area of ‘Eventticketing’
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
‘Eventticketing’ area:
- Support adidas ‘Eventtickets’ process for all Sport events tickets owned/paid by adidas (including employee ticketing program for major events)
- Ensure process compliance and tool maintenance
- Set-up and ensure correctness and completeness of match schedules – depending on the different sports
- Set-up ticket inventory for relevant ticket categories
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness for every ticket request worldwide
- Ensure data governance – all ticket and guest relevant data is properly transfered to Tax for (BIK) taxation.
- Support in monthly KPI creation and ad-hoc reporting requests
- Provide (business) support for any kind of ticketing related question to end users and stakeholders.
- Support in driving tool issues, tracking and management towards the vendor
- Collect and channel process and system needs around the ‘Eventtickets ‘tool

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area
- Good analytical skills
- Very good Communication skills
- Ability to adopt to quickly changing business environment
- Technical background an advantage
Language skills:
- Fluent in English, ideally any other languages as additional
IT skills:
- Outlook: Advanced

- Ticketing/guest management tool: Basic (as additional)
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree or equivalent education required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in job or job function.
- Project Management experience an advantage.
