Our product operations teams create every shirt, every shoe and every piece of equipment for thousands of athletes and fashion lovers as if it was one of a kind. And it truly is, as they weave their passion into every single product. But translating designs, drawings and renderings into real products requires a lot of decision making.
As Specialist Laboratory Testing you are a key contributor in the Laboratory testing process by preparing and executing physical material, component and finished good tests. This role works divisional for multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Laboratory Testing
- Execute standardized physical material, component and finished good tests within the given timelines and according to the latest testing standards
- Execute report creation and proper data management in the respective systems in time and accurate format
- Support the evaluation, tracking and analysis of tests results and the writing of reports, summaries and presentations
- Support the translation of test results into recommendations for material, component and product development
- Support the communication of test results through comprehensive presentations or other means to respective counterparts
Sample Management
- Unpack, prepare and ship product samples for testing purposes
- Organize short- and long-term storage of product samples according to policy
Device Management
- Support device purchasing process
- Support maintenance of testing facilities and devices

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of testing standards and processes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic English language skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Apprenticeship as Textile Laboratory Assistant (Textillaborant), shoe maker or relevant field, and 2 year of relevant work experience
