Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of the Market Retail Portfolio by managing depreciation line & ongoing investments for Store Development related maintenance & assure standards are kept during store lifecycle. It will support above Sr. Managers in Store Development North and Central in executing new store openings or refits, manage projects on their own and manage back office processes to ensure the overall expansions pipeline is being rolled out in time, in full and in budget.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan, implement and follow up all adidas mono-brand (Own Retail & Franchise) openings/remodels/relocations according to Global guidelines and local development plans in very close alignment with the Sr. Managers
  • Order Store Concept Hardware and manage communication with 3rd party providers. Place orders in line with required lead time to assure in time fulfillment ready for flawless implementation.
  • Track, resolve & report all maintenance issues in real time using provided standardized processes & documents
  • Implement concept design guidelines within Market ensuring these are translated into local needs
  • Manage & sign off all installations per market and provide documentation with required detail
  • Maintain and develop the Store branding of adidas mono-brand stores
  • Keep up-to-date files/reports with all information for new openings/relocations/remodels (Capex spent, PO’s raised etc)
  • Create, control and monitor the Capex budget
  • Ensure the compliance with the H&S standards in the own retail stores
  • Ensure flawless availability (including security tags, CCTVs, fireproof standards etc.) for Own Retail Stores & Franchise
  • Track, monitor and manage the inbounds and the available stock (F&Fs) in warehouse
  • Support Real Estate Mangers in the Market North and Central in back office tasks and ad hoc requests
  • Execute any other projects/initiatives/tasks as assigned by the line manager

  • Market Finance & Accounting, Brand Marketing, Procurement, VM, Profit Protection, Legal & IT Teams, Operations
  • Operational Management of 3rd party providers

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Experience in construction projects management, preferred in retail and global brand
  • Strong communication skills incl. fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Autocad
  • Advanced numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office

 

Preferred Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • University degree in Architecture, Interior Design or any comparable background
  • 3 years’ experience in Retail design and Store Development experience
