Purpose:

Supports the Senior Retail Director Central and the Retail Central Coordination team in day-to-day Retail-related tasks and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations for the business. The Working Student Retail Operations Central contributes to the delivery of Retail services while gaining practical experience and developing foundational Retail knowledge under close guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Retail Senior Director Central and team with administrative and operational tasks across core retail back-office processes

• Supports general administration- and preparation tasks.
• Maintenance of Outlook (Mails & Appointments)
• Planning and Organization of Meetings.
• Supports the organization of Retail Events and Store Manager Meetings for the Cluster
• Support in Project Management and communication to the Store Teams.
• Assistance in the creation/revision of presentations
• Order office supplies
• Administration of the purchasing platform with creation of shopping carts and orders. If required, request quotations from internal and external suppliers. Creation and management of material and supplier data. Monitoring of purchase orders, goods-receipt entry, and preparation for invoice verification.

• Assist with further initiatives as assigned

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness
• Good communication skills
• Interest in the retail field operations
• Good user knowledge of MS-Office (especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint)
• German and English fluent (written and oral)

Requisite Education and Experience:

• Currently studying at a college or university (certificate of enrollment available for the relevant period)
• Internship or study abroad preferred
