In Season Trading Resposible (Outsourced contract)

This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of DTC Retail business by implementing the day-to-day trading of the department, managing the distribution of products across retail locations to ensure optimal stock availability, efficient order processing, and timely delivery. This role involves coordination between procurement, inventory management, and store teams to meet sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and forecast target to determine appropriate stock allocations and fulfillment.
  • Provide weekly/monthly stock orders plan to OBF team according to RTL needs and DC capacity.
  • Coordinate with Ops and OBF teams to ensure timely and correctly fulfillment of Stock Orders (DN).
  • To oversee the optimal flow of merchandise including allocation and fulfilment of product/marketing/campaign introduction deadlines/capacity planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, allocations, and shipment schedules.
  • Collaborate with store managers to understand Retail stores’ needs and adjust allocations accordingly.
  • To act on end of season stocks management (PLC) and ensure sufficient products in Factory Outlet.
  • Plan and execute markdowns for last sizes and slow-moving inventory (black hole) to clear stock efficiently.
  • Ensure all markdown pricing is updated correctly across POS and aLS systems.
  • Coordinate with store teams to ensure proper signage, display, and communication of markdown prices.
  • Analyze sales data to improve timing and effectiveness regarding the process of markdown and delivery.
  • Support RTL buying team to balance ideal inventory of stocks in RTL, ensure stocks level to support NS target accordingly. 

To drive and steer Benchmark and KPIs of this role:

  • Instore Stock Cover month (2-4 months depending on capacity of each location)
  • In-time Delivery (for Camp and Hard launch date Items once they have been inbounded as planned)
  • Allocation Accuracy (min 80% of Stock Orders)
  • rder Fulfillment Rate (at least once a week for all RTL stores)
  • Last size and Black Hole routine (every week for Last size and every month for Black Hole) 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course/related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Retail, Merchandising or Inventory Management. Someone with Supply Chain experience is also welcome to apply. Preferably in apparel, fashion, footwear, retail or FMCG industry
  • Good English communication skills both in oral and written.
  • Has knowledge in Microsoft Office- Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
