Intern, Sourcing Operations (OA2)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support to manage specific area for commercialization trial, production and quality.
• Escalate critical issues and support to drive problem-solving discussions to solve or mitigate the potential impacts.
• Influence factory production/ quality middle management and drive change to achieve production objectives.
• Co-ordinate with team to make day-to-day decisions within defined scope through exception-management by evaluating and balancing risks and seeking support on complex issues.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
• Sourcing suppliers
• Global Operations
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Understanding of production and continuous improvement processes/methods
• “Quality-first” mindset, strong analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills to help others find/solve “root cause issues”
• Communication skills (presentation, efficient note taking, computer literate)
• Analytical skills, reporting and data collection
REQUISTE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Last year students or fresh graduates in any degree program or have completed a minimum degree program
• Willing to learn, open to new ideas & explore options at work
• At least 6 months of availability
