Manager, Engineering & MI - CI Projects
PURPOSE
· A key player in Global Sourcing in driving Sourcing’s vision to be the Most Agile, Most Competitive, Most Digitalized & Cleanest Supply Base in the industry.
· A key in-house strategy position for an organized, passionate and goal-oriented future leader who understands how a product related innovation portfolio is identified, prioritized, managed & implemented in a cross-functional stakeholder landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Drive overall innovation project(s) and workstreams deliverables (e.g. project planning, milestones execution and monitoring) in alignment with strategic direction
· Manage cross-functional project teams & provide clear direction and project targets aligned with business needs.
· Identify business opportunities through development of new capabilities, and align and balance cross-divisions’ interest.
· Manage effective and timely communication on project progress and results to sponsors and senior management.
· Provide interpretation of project results to Sr Manager Projects on a monthly base and translate into insights to steer the project successfully.
· Effectively deploy project management toolkit across innovation projects and workstreams to ensure high quality and consistency of deliverables.
· Local lead of Innovation finance, chargeback process and handling of aSIP system
· Generate and execute communication decks for all internal and external occasions such as project updates, handover documentation, milestone meetings, tech gates.
· Ensure all sourcing operations and practices fully comply with adidas’ Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards and legal requirements, while managing the relevant processes internally and externally.
· Role model leadership to foster a culture of Diversity Equity & Inclusion that strives for an inclusive workplace.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· End-to-end mindset, and highly self-motivated
· Experience in wide areas of tools (e.g. Project planning, process mapping, enterprise solutions, Excel analytics, etc.) and project management experience.
· Strong influencing, people, presentation and communication skills
· Proven ability in leading multidimensional teams
· Fluent in English (written and spoken)
· Strong Microsoft office skill
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· University Degree in Industrial Engineering or related areas. PMP and lean sigma certification preferred.
· Minimum 5+ years of relevant business experience
