Purpose/ Mission:

Drive Supply Chain excellence with Vietnam/SEA Inbound and outbound operations, focusing in Inbound data on systems, Productivity KPI of LSP and LMD, and continuous improvement projects.

Primary

  1. Manage material data on systems, on hang tag, production profile, import/export documents for Vietnam/SEA SCM teams including, but not restricted to.
  2. Control LMD on successfully rate and investigate lost due to damage/defective/missing cases
  3. Follow up on delivery cost, compensation for missing/damage parcels.
  4. Control and process the conformity certification apply process for sport goods like apparel, footwear, and accessories.
  5. Ensure the data on systems and on hang tag is accurate, especially CR stamp
  6. Documents and cost control for conformity certification apply process, sample and eCOM delivery
  7. Ensure an integrated, cost effective supply chain via reports and systems input
  8. Oversee internal reviews of customs processes, and brokerage rates by coordinating with business stakeholders in broker selection. Launch and manage Customs RFQ
  9. Evaluate LSP/LMD performance by canvassing and evaluating service level survey results from countries as well as gathering monthly feedback
  10. Analysis and monitoring of eCOM delivery status to ensure on time arrival
  11. Manage, raise and solve tickets in systems regarding product data, production plan and delay
  12. Manage & control inventory; control Inbound / outbound shortages for eCOM
  13. Act as a key user in new systems and processes
  14. Support team to receive, check for quantity and handle import/export documents
  15. Coordination and follow up on any eCOM outbound related topics
  16. Formulate and alignment of process flow/work instruction with stakeholders
  17. Leading root cause analysis and problem solving for eCOM delivery
  18. Suppot team in regulation update/ensure the im/export documents following with VN regulation
  19. Understand all FTAs in place in the region in order to benefit from arising opportunities from reduced duties and better clearance times.
  20. Work with Centre of Excellence (Customs, Logistics) on new regulations related to import/export, logistics and transportation and apply them in Vietnam

  1. Interface with Centre of Excellence (Customs, Logistics) on spearheading the system automation of booking advice checks. Be subject matter expert on system usage.
  2. Support countries as a regional escalation point in relaying concerns to 3PL/LMD and conflict resolution
  3. Lead and participate in adhoc cross functional projects
  4. Perform any other roles or duties assigned by the superior, which is deemed reasonable, practical and logical

Industry: Preferably from FMCG Retail industry
