Key Responsibilities
Taxation
- Prepare documentation for quarterly internal tax reporting and ensure timely tax payments.
- Compile and submit accurate financial and tax reports in compliance with local regulations.
Accounting
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations prior to month-end closing for Controller approval.
- Support the Controller in completing year-end reconciliations in line with auditor requirements.
- Conduct ongoing GL data integrity reviews to ensure accurate month-end reporting.
- Prepare month-end provisions in accordance with group policies (e.g., Inventory Allowance, IFRS 15, IFRS 16).
- Collaborate closely with other finance and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Treasury
- Lead and implement treasury processes in alignment with internal policies and compliance standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly Liquidity Planner reports, ensuring accuracy within Group-defined thresholds.
- Manage bank account reconciliations, maintain the Bank Account Management (BAM) system, and update bank approval matrices across all relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with Group Treasury to assess and define foreign exchange hedging requirements.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations, including IFRS, local GAAP, and Israeli tax legislation.
- Strong grasp of accounting-related processes and internal controls.
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification required.
