Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
In this role, you will play an integral part in shaping and executing adidas Israel’s local brand storytelling, campaign strategy, and consumer-facing activations. You will be a key contributor to the development of locally relevant content, on-ground and digital activations, and the strategic adaptation of global campaigns to the Israeli market.
As Brand Communication Specialist, you will work at the intersection of local content creation, brand activations, and campaign strategy, ensuring that adidas consistently shows up in a culturally relevant, impactful, and inspiring way across all touchpoints.
You will work closely with the EM HUB Brand Team and Israel cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life locally, while leading brand communications deliverables for respective categories as part of the Israel Go-To-Market (GTM) process.
Key Responsibilities
In close collaboration with and in support of the Brand Communication Manager:
• Lead and actively contribute to the creation and execution of local brand content, translating global campaigns into culturally relevant local executions.
• Adapt Global and EM campaign strategies into clear local campaign plans across GTM milestones.
• Plan and execute brand activations and consumer experiences aligned with brand priorities and commercial moments.
• Manage and align cross-functional teams and agencies through clear briefs, objectives, and KPIs.
• Track campaign performance, reporting, and Brand KPI delivery.
• Support marketing budget management and contribute to a high-performance, collaborative culture.

- Brand Health KPIs (Brand Momentum, Share of Search, Spontaneous Purchase Intent, etc.)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills (courage, innovation, ownership mindset).
- Proven experience across the full marketing mix, with a strong focus on local content creation, brand activations, and campaign execution (sporting goods or lifestyle brand preferred).
- Strategic understanding of campaign planning and brand storytelling.
- Experience supporting marketing budget management.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced user of MS Office suite.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
