Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- This role is responsible for ensuring that all HR strategies and business objectives are executed in alignment with the adidas core mission and values:
- Supporting Business Partners proactively to deliver HR services in all HR pillars
- Understanding the changing business needs regarding people issues, internal communication, and personnel administration
- Implementing, developing, maintaining, and following up on HR policies, programs and procedures
- Advising line managers and employees on questions and problems related to people processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy & Development: Drive the implementation of the Retail HR and Talent strategy across field and back-office teams, covering the entire lifecycle: onboarding, training, performance management, succession planning, administration work for retail employees and robust employee retention programs.
- Leadership Coaching: Enhance people management and business through structured coaching and development of Store Managers and retail employess. Proactively improve engagement across all retail channels through strong communication and regular, insightful field visits.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure all HR standards, procedures, and systems (including SAP modules) are fully implemented, up-to-date, and support the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes. Guarantee adherence to local labor law in all disciplinary actions for retail field and back-office teams.
- Strategic Collaboration: deep interfaces with all functions in the organization.
- Performance & Value Delivery: Ensure all HR KPIs are met, and all strategic projects are executed on time, within budget, and to quality standards, creating effective organizational value.

Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 (+) years HR BP retail experience with a strong understanding of business priorities and the retail market
- Intercultural work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced MS Office skills
