Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Manager, DTC Excellence will be responsible for leading the Retail Customer Experience (CX) by coordinating between all relevant stakeholders within DTC and cross-functional teams. This role will manage financial reporting, including P&L budget actual vs. forecast, ensuring business financial compliance. The Manager will also focus on maximizing profitability by managing channel projects to reduce complexity, increase productivity, and ensure corporate compliance at the field level across all stores in Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze retail financial reports and provide actionable insights.
- Provide commentary based on analysis of variances (Actual vs. Budget/Prior Year).
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Develop a deep understanding of stores and customers, and bring new ideas and best practices to the market. Lead projects to innovate and enhance stores and the customer experience (CX).
- Build and control the retail personnel expenses and operational budget.
- Act as the primary contact for the RIS report, ensuring clear communication through relevant channels and planning accordingly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for EM retail regarding reports, Q&A, and other related matters.
- Contribute to the development and communication of retail business forecasts (NS, SM, KPIs, etc.).
- Ensure the implementation of global standard tools, processes, and service structures while adapting to market-specific needs.
- Independently manage assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with agreed objectives.
- Lead local projects to meet business needs and improve bottom and top-line performance, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conduct pre-project analysis, document current processes, and seek best practices from global and other markets.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including success measures, commercial implications, and timelines.
- Track the progress of ongoing initiatives.
- Take ownership of compliance training and documentation, collaborating with Legal and Internal Control to develop and deliver compliance materials for related processes.
- Foster a culture of sharing and adopting global best practices.
- Regularly share operational and excellence success stories, achievements, and best practices.
- Lead key initiatives and projects focused on enhancing Retail Operations.
- Take ownership of Consumer Experience initiatives for both in-store (FOS) and online (Halo) channels, incorporating feedback, controls, and measurements.
- Lead membership programs to optimize value and enhance the overall customer experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent operational and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint are a must).
- Familiarity with retail management and back-office systems.
- Structured, process-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and manage pressure.
- University degree.
- At least 2 years of retail experience in a similar capacity, with exposure to statistics, strategic planning, and business analytics.
