Purpose:

Ensure that the Israel order book is delivered to sales points in the correct quantities and on schedule. The Order Fulfillment team partners with the supply chain and cross-functional departments to manage the order book, uphold service level targets, and achieve on-time delivery. The role provides order fulfillment analysis and organizational support, while driving continuous process improvements to optimize performance and meet monthly KPIs. Through order book planning and execution, ensure brand credibility by supporting campaigns and launches, and contribute to RFC fulfillment to achieve financial targets, driving both service excellence and revenue growth across all channels. Responsibilities include regularly reviewing and updating the order book to reflect current demand, inventory levels, and supply chain developments, ensuring all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time in accordance with established standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • RFC Execution - Support the achievement of sales and financial targets
  • Provide full transparency on the orderbook based on the latest stock availability and capacity
  • Single point of contact for sales channels, finance and other scm teams
  • Ensure on-time delivery for launch & campaign products to support brand credibility

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and reporting include proposals and recommendations for the management team.
  • Follow up the availability and pre-order management- monitor the available products and elaborate availability.
  • Following the launch and campaigns products and inform the warehouse about the launch dates in order to deliver the articles on the right time.
  • Analyze the order book and collaborate across functional areas to achieve overall KPI- COTIF , OTA.
  • Sell in analysis based on consolidation reports.
  • Review and control the allocation status of the available articles in the system (SAP)

and take the necessary actions if there’s a problem to be solved.

  • Creating delivery notes for selected articles to the Warehouse for picking & packing.
  • Maintain the order book with cleansing or updating the sales order accordingly.
  • Review of incomplete orders
  • Validate the trade terms and sales pricing of the sales orders

 

Requisite Education and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (focus on Logistic)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in logistic or customer service
  • Advance level in MS Office programs including Excel, SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Pro-active and customer-oriented mindset
  • Well organized with the ability to plan and schedule work
  • Analytical, result oriented, strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English
