Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:This role is responsible for maximising the profitability of retail targets and retail financial compliance by promoting and implementing achievement of the adidas retail strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Retail financial reports analysis; KPIs analysis, NPS analysisProvide commentary based on analysis of variances (Actual Vs Budget/ Prior Year)Generate sales reports (daily, weekly and a broad monthly report)- Company, Hub levelOwner of RIS report via M.S system- contact person, communicationUpdate Stores status- Opening/ Closing in SSM system and communicate to EM and FinanceGo to person regarding stores updates (opening, closing, targets, etc.)- GROW systemOngoing DMs support: Stores’ operational needs- NPS, REPS, GROW, STOCKHERO etc.Share monthly targets with Hub as well as internal targets with stores and DMs-
according to their monthly Phasing (Split), Salary SimulationsSingle point of contact for roll out of retail standards and trainings alongside SA dept.Ensure implementing of global standard tools, processes and service structure- נTrain retail staff on the operation of tools and methodsSupporting PP with retail discounts reports and analysis, upon request, for ongoing controlaLs system- Store opening/ closing, setting group discounts such as SPOMA etc.Implementing global initiatives, competitions and activations with accordance to local market’s needs (translating, guiding, training, follow-up and sharing results)Delivering of project plans on time and within agreed objectives;NPS, Thinktime, House of Retail, Incentive programs, GROWTest pilot projects when required, once applicable- train usersAct as a single point of contact for retail initiatives and best practices for market and work closely with the other T&Is for each excellence project,Full responsibility for supplier management, including onboarding new suppliers, handling purchase requisitions, and managing procurement processes.Coordinate and execute retail purchase orders in alignment with business needs and timelines.Ensure smooth collaboration with suppliers to support store openings, renovations, and ongoing operational demands.Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards and financial guidelines.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:University degree preferably in Economics/ Relevant Qualification>3 years Retail experience –Similar capacityExposure – Statistics, Strategic planning, Business analyticsUnderstanding of Retail, Finance, Control
