Specialist Product Operations (under 3rd party employment)
Contract Period: 1 year
Key roles & responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely product data, pricing, range readiness, and operational reporting across the seasonal go-to-market cycle.

Support the CTC Lead and cross-functional teams through reliable analysis, accurate system execution, and timely completion of key range and launch milestones.

Manage product, pricing, and range data uploads, maintenance, and validation across relevant systems.

Consolidate forecast data and prepare analysis to support range reviews, forecasting, and commercial discussions led by the CTC Lead.

Consolidate orderbook data and produce timely reporting extracts and channel analysis.

Prepare documentation for in-season price changes, additional article requests, and airfreight requests in line with pricing, MOQ, and airfreight policies.

Prepare clear range presentations and supporting materials for internal and external audiences.

Coordinate day-to-day Product team operational activities in line with the GTM calendar, monitor progress, and flag risks to key milestones to the manager.

Identify operational issues and suggest practical improvements to reporting, data quality, and team processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and perform under pressure.

Good analytical capability with the ability to interpret operational data and present clear findings to the CTC Lead and relevant stakeholders.

Structured, organised, and process-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and competence in Microsoft Office.

High attention to detail, with an understanding of how data accuracy affects commercial decisions and execution.

Strong learning agility and confidence in using and supporting internal systems.

Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, with working proficiency in English.
IT

Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office: proficient.

Microsoft Excel: strong proficiency.

Power BI, data-mining tools, Python, or other data-analysis tools are preferred.
Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma or university degree in business, merchandising, finance, sales, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant professional experience will also be considered.

Relevant hands-on experience in product operations, merchandising operations, sales support, finance operations, or data reporting.

Demonstrated ability to process, validate, analyse, and communicate numerical and operational data clearly.
