Shift Available:

B Shift: Thursday-Saturday, 6am-6pm

Purpose: Operate equipment in the Heat Transfer Printing / Cutting Room to create order-by-order heat-applied decorations.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and become a super-user in a variety of software, digital printers, and cutters.
• Prioritize workflow based on manufacturing date and other known prioritization.
• Detect when equipment is not operating to specifications and escalating concerns to department leadership and MFG Quality.
• Willingness to support weeding and heat transfer operations as needed.

• Must demonstrate high-energy and positivity.
• Ability to communicate well and in a professional manner, both verbal and written.
• Must have computer experience and be comfortable learning and using multiple programs.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently, working within set procedures and time constraints.
• Must have excellent attendance and be flexible in hours and overtime.
 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
•  Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environment preferred
• Required to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language
