Heat Transfer Lead- (Thurs-Sat 6am-6pm)
Purpose: The Heat Transfer Team Lead is responsible for guiding a small team of Heat Transfer and/or Framis manufacturing associates. This role ensures that daily production priorities, as directed by the Management Team, are executed efficiently and accurately. The Team Lead is accountable for meeting deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with Management Team on priorities and grid statuses

Manage workflow and distribute work to all operators within team

Ensure correct settings on machines
-
Train and lead Team Associates
-
Ensure 1st piece sign off from QC
-
Randomly audit operators in team
-
Lead must be skilled/trained in and able to run all types of Framis/HT operations
-
Audit grid after each run and ensure proper count and sizes
-
Compile grid to send to QC and ensure properly filled out
-
Move finished goods to QC staging
-
Submit makeup requests to Framis Coordinator/Supervisor

Shift handoff – handover documents, communicate all information to next shift lead

Responsible to 6S at end of every shift

Must have good communication skills

Must be organized, and able to multitask

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma required

Minimum 1 year previous applicable experience preferred
