Senior Manager, Screenprint & MFG Support Operations
PURPOSE
Step into a senior role shaping the future of screen print manufacturing operations. This leader plays an essential part in strategic planning and daily execution across people processes capacity and cost. The role partners across the organization to raise efficiency quality and service while building modern manufacturing practices and a culture focused on getting it right the first time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead multiple floor level manufacturing teams while contributing to overall manufacturing strategy
- Translate business strategy into clear actions across departments shifts and operations
- Partner with capacity planning distribution operations engineering quality and people teams to meet service and staffing expectations
- Advance continuous improvement through modern manufacturing practices and structured problem solving
- Communicate performance results priorities and changes clearly and consistently
- Ensure policies processes and performance standards are applied consistently and fairly
- Represent manufacturing teams in enterprise wide improvement initiatives
- Act as primary backup for the Director of Manufacturing Operations

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Three or more years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing or operations environment

At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Indianapolis, Indiana.
