Intern, Human Resource & Training

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support the people objectives for South East Asia by driving and supporting Human Resource Analytics and Administration for Sales academy and HR.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate compilation of training related data from 6 South East Asia countries including but not limited to the existing projects / initiatives managed by Sales academy (internal trainers focusing on retail training and development)
  • Build positive working relationship between internal stakeholders and ensure data is pulled from all countries’ GROW (internal system for tracking training) / Training Trackers / Micro Strategy / Mystery Shopper Program are accurate and timely submitted
  • Analyze retail training data (across various aspects such as training hours, training objectives, training KPIs) to ensure optimization of trainer’s efforts & business effectiveness
  • Support in pulling of product materials and designing content preparation as guided for the preparation of Quarter Highlights & other training programs
  • Checking and monitoring of all timelines and deadlines for all projects and initiatives in-progress concurrently by all countries
  • Ensure training records for South East Asia certification programs are up-to-date
  • Elevate the development of learning curriculums and programs through digitization and other creative channels  
  • Provide monthly analytics for People metrices (Attrition, NPS) for South East Asia & Provide analytics for people surveys (Commission, Onboarding, etc.)
  • Provide support in driving people objectives for Direct to Consumer business channels such as own retail & franchise business

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University Degree (BA / HR preferred)
  • Passion in Sports / Fashion
  • Good command of English
