Intern, Marketing Operations - Reebok (6 Months Full Time)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • To support reebok marketing operations team to achieve higher efficiency operationally.
     

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the meeting coordination for each Go To Market milestones including scheduling meeting with countries, consolidate the meeting input from all countries.
  • To support internal team monthly meeting (e.g. schedule, minutes taken and consolidation)
  • To assist in Integrated Business Planning / forecast process to support data management (data entry / retrieval / analysis) on the corresponding systems
  • To assist in work required before and after Asia Pacific (APAC) seasonal sign off  (preparation required for Asia Pacific (APAC) template, coordinate the country breakout meeting schedule, follow-up on country feedback submission)
  • To generate and provide sample status tracking reports for all countries
  • To manage the sample room (e.g. in & out tracking, making sure all the samples arrive on time, keep tracking on-loan sample and tidy up the sample room)
  • To own the planning, and execution of the reebok sample sale (e.g. sample management, liaise with other departments, part-timers management, setting up, selling and packing up.)
  • To support the team to conduct research on venue, source external vendor required for any offsite meeting/event
