Intern, Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best-in-class experience with all stakeholders by ensuring seamless communication regarding interview details (confirmations to Line Managers, Human Resource Managers, Candidates, Recruiters)
  • Work along with regional internal stakeholders across Southeast Asia and Pacific on end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including but not limited to managing eRecruitment system (SuccessFactors), job posting, screening, coordination of interview logistics, interviewing candidates, and reference checking
  • Provide excellent candidate and hiring manager experience by supporting all administration elements of the recruiting lifecycle in an effective and efficient manner
  • Manage all required reports and audit checks on behalf of recruiters
  • Familiarize with the end to end process of recruitment (candidate sourcing, selection and interview coordination)
  • Explore new recruitment marketing techniques and engage in employer branding
  • Ad hoc recruiting tasks as required (e.g. creation of decks and tracking files for the SEAPAC Talent Acquisition Team)
  • Ad hoc tasks as required


Project involvement:

  • Young Talent Initiates:
    • With the support of the team, you will be the voice of adidas to create the employer branding on campus by engaging students in different events including career talk, career fair, and internship hiring process
    • Create content and posts across social media channels in a timely manner
    • Proactively collect and provide insights / feedback to improve employer branding among universities
    • Provide logistic support on campus event & assessment center


Requisite Education:

  • Previous experience of working in a team assistant, coordinator or PA position
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent people and communication skills
  • English fluency
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • Convincing, communicative and flexible personality
  • University undergraduates (Preferable)
  • Team player, independent and structured mode of working
