Merchandising Specialist
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Help in the execution of Allocation and Trading of Factory Outlets. Deliver initial allocations and replenishments, ensuring quick and effective reaction to fast changing market environment to manage the implementation of the allocation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the initial allocations to assure that stores needs are covered by following the Channel Ranges by providing with the optimal initial volumes to achieve store sales plans
- Responsible for the preparation of weekly KPIs and reports to enable in-season replenishment of stocks according to store performance
- Participate in defining mark-downs for FO channel as required within given framework and in line with market and global strategy
- Execute flow of stock effectively from regular DTC channels to FO channels to assure product relevance in regular stores, adequate stock clearance and margin optimization
- Assist in the creation of FO Assortment Plans planned production according to guidance provided by Global FO range / Local FO range.
- Work close with marketing and OBF teams for tracking shipment and performance of launch articles
- Work closely with District Managers to follow up the stock needs and take actions accordingly
- Replenish FOs from excess stock and other channels’ available stocks to hit the stock level targets
- Work closely with DC to plan the weekly shipments
- Track company stock and feed FO stores
- Visit Value stores with District Managers regularly, create store visit reports and take necessary actions to improve sales
- Create and analyze ad-hoc reports

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business or engineering, ideally with sales focus or equivalent professional experience
- 0-1 year typical relevant work experience
