Senior Sales Specialist - Digital Accounts

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Senior Specialist DPC will need to contribute to the overall success of Turkey WHS DPC business. He/she will be responsible for supporting sales and marketing executions related to Digital Partner development initiatives collaborating with the Digital Partner account teams, ecom teams and adidas marketing teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure digital marketing and activation content is distributed and implemented in close collaboration with internal adidas Marketing & Activation functions for all on-site and off-site communications in the DPC ecosystem
  • Analyze and report monthly sell-out to identify growth opportunities and also to keep customer stocks at a desired level, collobrate with Customer Service to develop and update monthly WHS.com report
  • Use internal tools (Digital Tool Box and Marvin) effectively to create a Seasonal Master Article Description file and work close with EM DPC Team for rich content support to Digital Partners, provide A, A+ content for Amazon.
  • Be the main contact for all Amazon operational process.
  • Ensure Main Page, Sports Category, PDP visibility on DPC are at maximum level (banner/slider/carousel, product names, article codes, product descriptions etc. ) while considering SEO rules.
  • Monitor and review marketing spend effectiveness at Digital Partners (ROI reports, A/B testing etc.) analyze and report quantity and revenue uplifts for important trading dates/campains (Black Friday, Sneaker Day etc.)
  • Prepare range lists for all DPC customers every season in line with CTC recommendations.
  • Monthly do digital store checks for WHS.com accounts.
  • Monthly connect with EM DPC team, develop business, learn opportunities from other countries, and share BKM’s from Turkey.  

 

Key Relationships:

  • Internal marketing/activation teams, ecom team, CS, SCM, DPC teams
  • Digital Partner buyers and marketing teams

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Quantitative mindset, proficient in MS Excel, ideally experienced with web-analytics tools, Google Tools and proven qualities in digital data analysis
  • Understanding of key digital success metrics along the consumer journey on- and off-site (Impressions / PDP traffic, conversion rate, marketplace buy box, replenishment out-of-stock, click-through rate etc.), as well as marketing efficiency metrics (e.g. ROAS etc.)
  • Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central is preferred
  • Languages : English is a must

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Universtiy Degree in related fields
  • 2+ years of professional experience (ideally sportswear or fashion experience)
