Manager, Key Account Wholesale - Foot Locker SEA
Overall Purpose & Mission
The purpose of this role is to drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned account and categories while promoting and respecting the image of the adidas brand.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for implementing specific product and brand direction for focus categories within the specific key account Foot Locker for South East Asia. Leading sell–in and sell-through for those categories along with wholesale activation to achieve profitable growth with the account.
Accountabilities:
Functional:

Coordinate/actively work together with Foot Locker Sports Buying Team, adidas SEA Category Planning and Assortment Planning team, Country Sales teams as well as Customer Service

Organize and steer the sell-in process (support building the assortment plan, create range presentations and offers, define local assortment recommendations, sample handling)

Reconcile orderbook after key cut-offs for respective key categories

Assist in the development of account strategies

Manage and align with cross-country stakeholder network

Regularly monitor and process key figures such as sell-in and sell-out and provide category reporting to upward managers

Manage the respective categories aligned to Foot Locker’s KPIs: sales, margin, inventory cover, sell-out, SKU efficiency, etc.

Continuously monitor monthly sell-out, inventory and backlogs and define actions

Closely collaborate with Activation Manager to bring excitement to consumers and drive sell-out

Represent the assigned account internally as an “ambassador” towards all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces
Consumer Insights & Analytics

Work with available Insights, Reportings & Analytics to develop best in class reports that generate insights and translate into action

Analyze consumer demand, category trends and competitor assortment on Foot Locker’s platform and identify gaps in current assortment with aim to drive sell-through across all customer touchpoints, be it online or offline
Professional Background/Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Commercial, or Business Development.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, sporting goods, fashion, or consumer goods preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and delivering sustainable business growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
