Senior Manager, MI - Digital Asset Excellence
Purpose
- A key player in PD&S in driving to be the Most Agile, Most Competitive, Most Innovative & Sustainable Supply Base in the industry.
- Driving the Digital Creation program in 3D technology implementation, continuous improvements in product creation systems and change management in close collaboration with the adidas headquarter, Creation Centers and external business partners.
- Ensures business relevance of technical innovations (such as AI enhancements) and drive smooth implementation of technical innovations within the adidas Sourcing organization and across the supply base ensure world class competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Asset Standardization:
- Acting as master on 3D related topics across product divisions
- Define Digital Asset Quality Standard with Adidas Internal (PD&S/BCS/Market etc.)
- Drive continuous improvements of 3D tools used in adidas (CLO, Rhino, Vizoo, Revobit, Blender, Shima Seiki etc.) for the Sourcing organization and suppliers in close collaboration with the headquarter
- Ensures high quality documentation of enhancement requests for 3D creation tools in JIRA.
- Collaborate with headquarter closely in driving connectivity & universal file format
Digital Asset Management:
- Drive activities of DC network by supporting Sourcing DC network to understand and execute against business needs.
- Drive onboarding program for new users to digital transformation by providing trainings for users within Sourcing (Liaison Office, Suppliers, etc.) or agencies on 3D knowledge and assistance.
- Drive continuous improvement in system (WaSP, Digital Creation Portal, Digital Material Management etc.) in close collaboration with IT
- Partner with Sourcing Operations to drive Suppliers performance in Digital Creation and initiates performance improvement plans.
- Encourage and facilitate best-practice sharing amongst 3D technology users in Sourcing/Suppliers and establishes platforms (e.g. Digital Creation summit)
- Support overall digital creation communication strategy by providing success stories.
Digital Product Engineering:
- Drive development of solutions for a smooth integration of 3D tools with other systems (e.g. Origo, Creation Portal, Gerber, Jerovo etc.)
- Identify opportunities to link digital creation data to innovative manufacturing concepts (e.g. digital printing, 3D printing, knitting etc.) and supports implementation
- Drive 3D technology related technical proof of concepts for small to mid size technology innovations within T1/T2/Sourcing/Headquarter
- Drive process re-engineering projects and e2e digital creation pilots with 3D expertise.
Role model leadership to foster Diversity Equity & Inclusion culture that strives for an inclusive workplace.
Ensure all sourcing operations and practices fully comply with adidas’ Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards and legal requirements, while managing the relevant processes internally and externally.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent skills/experience in 3D technologies e.g. CLO, Rhino, Vizoo, Revobit, Blender, Shima Seiki etc. is required
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and their practical application, with the ability to leverage advancements to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and scalable capability maturity in digital product creation and workflows.
- Good knowledge in 2D pattern tools (e.g. Gerber, Lectra, Jevoro, etc.)
- Good skills in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- Good knowledge in product creation tools (e.g. CP, PLM, Origo, MLM etc.)
- Good knowledge in product development, pattern making and manufacturing cross product division
- Strong influencing, presentation and communication skills and effective in leading people
- Tech-savvy, process-driven and passionate in digital creation
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
Requisite Education and Experience
- University Degree or comparable education as design, pattern maker, product developer, or computer graphics
- Minimum 7+ years related work experience in Digital Creation
