Specialist, Accounting - AR
Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
To be responsible for all finance accounting and tax operational activities relating to receivables for Wholesale/Franchise, eCom & Retail.
Key Responsibilities
Primary
- Manage Account Receivable and Collection
- Monitoring Customer Credit Limit
- Issue Manual Invoices and credit notes to the customers.
- Manage Tax Invoices and review tax base reconciliation
- Monitor ecom & retail reconciliation
- Manage ecom refund transaction
- Wholesale/Franchise account reconciliations – follow up and clear o/s items
- Manage Customer Card and its trade term.
- Leading in automation process related to approval process and E-invoicing thru Tax Application Service provider
- Managing the AR Report for Wholesale/E-com/Retail
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as maybe required from time to time
Secondary
- Support in Specials Sales (Samples, Online team store)
- Visit/meetings to/with Wholesale Customers
- Handle ad-hoc financial/accounting assignments
- Own Retail Store regular visit related to the stock take or any occasion needed
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Min 5 yrs of accounting experience, retail accounting preferred
- Familiar with ERP applications, preferably SAP AFS
- Ability to complete task on time while functioning in a stressful environment
- Industry background in apparel/fashion/footwear or FMCG retail would be an advantage
