Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

- This role will support the SEA buying team across 6 countries in merchandising & trading operations to service the needs of our consumers and to drive the SEA eCom strategy and ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Merch Administration
- Weekly maintenance of order demand shifting according to Retail Intro Date updates.
- Feedback Loop - Remove demand for articles under PO minimums.
- Not Bought Report Management: Remove demand for Not Bought articles and drops for current and future seasons.
- PIM Report Validation – review and propose action on articles that are inactive on PIM vs SFCC.
- Hype Tracker – Update Hype forecasting file with stock qty and arrival dates.
- Support on preparation of weekly/monthly SEA Ecom product trading/best seller reports.
- Seasonal articles upload management.
- Support with urgent RID/RED/price changes.
- Support merchandising teams in executing promotional activities and product launches.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, operations, or administrative roles, preferably in the retail or sportswear industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
