Senior E-commerce Specialist (Marketplace) at eCOM Adidas


E-com team in Ukraine is looking for a Senior Specialist Digital Partner Commerce (Marketplace) in E-com  whose main goal is to develop and implement a strategy for working with marketplaces/partners in the E-commerce (E-com, Digital Brand Commerce) department.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a marketplace strategy as part of the DBC department and overall Ukrainian market strategy
Direct communication with marketplace representatives to establish and expand partnerships and increase sales
Market and competitor analysis to ensure our company's competitiveness on marketplaces
Assortment analysis of products presented on marketplaces
Sales monitoring and analytics to improve processes and operations on marketplaces
Ensuring high standards of order processing for marketplace transactions
Participation in other DBC department processes, including company website management
User behavior, demand, and performance analytics using GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, and/or other platforms
Document management and payments by partners
Candidate Requirements:
Higher education (Bachelor's degree or above)
Basic knowledge of marketing/e-commerce standards
Strong knowledge of Adidas products
Advanced computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with analytical platforms such as Power BI or similar
Experience with GA4 is a plus
English level: B1 (Intermediate) or higher
