Manager, Wholesale Excellence
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The role is responsible for building data-led wholesale capabilities and execution discipline by closing gaps in sell-out tracking, product sell-through, order accuracy, inventory coverage, and partner planning compliance.
This role requires a candidate who can bring clarity to complex business challenges, drive cross-functional execution, and establish repeatable, scalable operating processes to support sustainable wholesale growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell-Out & Performance Management
- Design and implement structured sell-out tracking frameworks across Wholesale partners.
- Diagnose performance gaps using consulting-style problem solving (partner, door, category, season).
- Translate insights into clear action plans, owners, and timelines with Key Account Managers and functions.
Product & Seasonal Sell-Through Excellence
- Build repeatable models to track product and seasonal sell-through performance.
- Identify early warning signals on slow movers and execution risks.
- Embed post-season learning loops into future assortment and planning cycles.
Assortment & Door-Level Strategy
- Support brand-led assortment planning frameworks by door tier.
- Drive execution focus on Top 20 Wholesale doors, ensuring consistency, productivity, and consumer impact.
- Ensure assortment decisions are fact-based and aligned to agreed frameworks.
Inventory, Order Accuracy & Execution Discipline
- Establish governance around inventory coverage, order accuracy, and phasing discipline.
- Identify structural inefficiencies in planning and execution and propose corrective actions.
- Work closely with SCM and Finance to improve end-to-end execution quality.
Partner Planning Compliance
- Act as custodian of partner planning frameworks (orderbook, seasonal plans, assortment sign-offs).
- Track execution versus plan and highlight deviations through structured PMO reportng.
- Drive accountability and follow-through across stakeholders.
Wholesale PMO & Program Management
- Operate as the PMO for Wholesale Excellence initiatives.
- Structure initiatives into clear workstreams, milestones, risk, and dependencies.
- Drive cadence: weekly tracking, monthly review, and leadership updates.
- Provide crisp, consulting-style progress updates and escalation where required.

- Strong POM discipline (planning, tracking, risk management, escalation)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 6–10 years of experience with top-tier or mid-tier consulting firms (strategy, operations, or commercial excellence) and/or internal PMO roles.
- Experience running multi-workstream programs in complex, matrix organizations.
- Exposure to Wholesale, FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods environments preferred.
