The 6-month full-time Internship at adidas provides you with a unique opportunity to apply what you’ve learned at university, use your knowledge in practice, and live your passion for sports in our Global Headquarter for Product Development & Sourcing business in Hong Kong.

About the Internship:
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Support the Materials organization through data analysis, planning support, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination
- Contribute to fact-based decision-making by providing insights, maintaining reporting tools, and supporting strategic initiatives across materials sourcing
Key Responsibilities and Projects:
- Support materials-related reporting and analytics.
- Collect, analyze, and present data to provide facts for decision-making.
- Assist with materials sourcing processes, e.g. planning or costing related for business performance reviews.
- Contribute to projects focused on AI, process optimization, digitalization, and reporting automation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including materials, sourcing, product operations, and supplier partners.
- Support preparation of business reviews, presentations, workshops, and leadership meetings.
- Assist with market, supplier, and industry data collection to support sourcing activities.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and project support for materials management initiatives.
- Be active in leading and supporting Staff Group events, office activities and initiatives.

- AI and reporting automation
- Support materials costing/planning, cost transparency and fact-based decision making
- Process standardization

- Materials organization team members in different locations
Required main study courses:
- Supply Chain, Engineering, Information, and business management
Required language skills:
- English
Additional skills/ qualifications:
- Excellent analytic skill, good presentation skill, Excel, PPT
- Ability to organize information and work with large datasets.
- Nice to have skills: Power BI, Python, SQL, Power Query (M), DAX, or other data visualization and analytics tools
