Management Trainee

adidas Hong Kong Management Trainee Program is to provide the young talents the platform to grow as individuals and as future employees in the one of the best sports brands in the world.

In this program, we offer a unique platform to start your career coached by experienced mentors and managers.  You will have the opportunity to gain broad knowledge by rotating in different commercial functions, including but not limited to Brand Activation, eCommerce, Project Management within 24 months in Hong Kong.

You may also have an overseas rotation opportunity in Greater China or APAC region in the last 6 months of the program which helps you develop the multi-cultural career.

 

What are we looking for?

  • University degree (Bachelor/Master) preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines with strong academic record
  • Less than 12 months practical experience
  • Passion for sports
  • Collaborative Teamplay
  • Rebellious curiosity and innovation
  • Adaptability and resilience
  • Marketing intelligence to the market
  • Strong in problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Mobile & international mindset
  • Excellent command in English, Chinese and Cantonese
