Recruitment Partner
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
- Assisst HR Director to ensure that the organization is able to attract talent to meet the business requirements and build a strong organizational workforce and work on HR project as business needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment:
- Assist HR Director in workforce planning
- Oversee recruitment quality and efficiency
- Standardize selection process and develop recruiting tools
- Support Retail as a Business Partner
- Well manage the agency and contract
- Retail-office talent pool management
- Coordinate newcomer orientation program
- Overall reports and analysis support
Business Support
- Providing HR consultation and support to the business especially in terms of employee relations
Project
- Assist HR Director to lead, coordinate and work on HR projects based on business need.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree required and advanced degree in HR management related fields preferred
- Minimum 8 years experiences in related area and familiar with Labor laws and employment formalities, retail experience is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English
