Visual Merchandising Specialist
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
• The Mission of the Visual Merchandiser is to proactively work within the Retail Marketing Department and support field sales managers to implement the suitable retail programs so as to meet the company financial projection, while pursuing the brand building effort.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversell all visual merchandising activities in HK / MACAU
• Execute VM strategies according to the Marketing plan and Sales objectives
• Maintain and implement visual merchandising concepts and standards at brand level, ensure flawless execution and followed by stores
• Works closely with field sales managers as well as well understanding on consumer profile to develop the best visual standards, shop installation, in store presentation to leverage the impact of campaigns, drive sell-through and consumer experiences
• Regular stores visit to maintain good standard of visual merchandising presentation
• Supporting in new store opening VM planning
• Deliver VM reports, provide critiques to retail and wholesale teams, effectively communicating VM concept and guidelines with various internal and external parties
• Compile regular reports for management to review VM standards and improve VM display and in-store arrangements
• Be up- to-date on market competitors and provide input where needed in VM development
• Manage logistics of VM materials required for stores, keeping a good record and database
• Responsible for events visual merchandising where necessary
• Deliver periodical visual concept presentation
• Provide trainings on concept and visual merchandising maintenance to retail & junior staffs
• Ensures smooth and timely process of campaign preparation at retail level
• Well communicates marketing concepts with field sales people as well as accounts at early stage
• Collects the campaign’s feedback, analyzes results and conveys it to communication
Training
• Providing merchandising training to retail sales operation team, sales staff of adidas/franchise shops/key retailers on regular base
• Developing effective training plan and programs for targeted accounts
Key Relationships:
• Key interfaces (internal): The entire marketing team, field sales force, retail sales operation team, buying team and finance department
• Key interfaces (external): Adidas Greater China marketing/retail team, adidas Regional marketing staff, Key Accounts, Strategic Accounts, adidas shop/franchise shops, suppliers

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Visual Merchandising department with an international brand
• Diploma / Degree holder of Art or design related discipline
• Proactive, organized, detail-minded with strong problem solving skills
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
