The 6-month full-time Internship at adidas provides you with a unique opportunity to apply what you’ve learned at university, use your knowledge in practice, and live your passion for sports in our Global Headquarter for Product Development & Sourcing business in Hong Kong.

About the Internship:
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Support in driving supply base strategy through product delivery planning and allocation, strategic projects and process improvements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions, develop reports and dashboards, and help to improve our data and processes
- Support scenario planning, simulations and industry best practice benchmarking
- Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements, help in automating data workflows / reporting processes and support data maintenance tasks
- Assist with maintaining dashboards to monitor delivery KPIs and business trends
- Prepare reports for business updates and support the global delivery performance management processes
- Support process improvements initiatives along planning and allocation activities
- Assisting in other projects within the Sourcing organization
Key Objectives (special tasks and learnings):
- Build and manage a world class supply base through fact-based analysis, structured frameworks and stakeholder management
Key Relationships:
- Allocation & Planning team
- Planning teams at global Sourcing Offices
- Stakeholders in other Sourcing functions and suppliers
