The 6-month full-time Internship at adidas provides you with a unique opportunity to apply what you’ve learned at university, use your knowledge in practice, and live your passion for sports in our Global Headquarter for Product Development & Sourcing business in Hong Kong.

About the Internship:
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Support data analytics across Materials
Key Responsibilities and Projects:
- Support data analytics across all materials costing.
- Assist in the strategy process to identify opportunities to evolve the material source base.
- Support T2 supplier’s performance reporting capabilities optimization
- Contribute to strategic projects driven by the Materials team.
- Maintain standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
- Collect, analyze, and present data to provide facts for decision-making.
- Support T2 supplier negotiation season preparation, including macro data collection, preparing price negotiation presentations, and tracking savings opportunities.
- Connect and support portfolio managers with T2 suppliers, the global sourcing team, and the product operations team.
- Enhance current materials macro model data analytics.
- Support materials liabilities calculation and optimization.
- Coordinate and support preparation of alignment meetings for the material leadership team.
- Organize team meetings and facilitate workshops
- Support reporting and ad-hoc analysis.

- Reporting automation
- Support materials costing/planning, cost transparency and fact-based decision making
- Process standardization
Key Relationships:
- Materials Planning /Process Management team, Materials Costing & Portfolio Management
- Materials organization team members in different locations

- Excellent analytic skill, good presentation skill, Excel, PPT
- Nice to have skills: Power BI, Python, M, SQL and DAX
