DTC Intern
1. Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market (GTM) Support
· Assist in tracking key Go-To-Market (GTM) milestones for the Franchise team to ensure readiness and timely alignment for planning and sell-in phases.
· Support the consolidation of deliverables and updates across teams, maintaining clear communication and visibility of progress.
Sales Operations & Logistics
· Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to gather data, support logistics model monitoring, and prepare reports on Franchise order performance—especially during key campaigns.
· Assist in maintaining dashboards and follow-up trackers that provide business visibility and insights.
Sell Out Performance & Analytics
· Track and provide visibility on business performance by monitoring daily and weekly store KPIs (net sales, CR%, UPT, ASP), supporting initiatives that aim to drive traffic and conversion.
· Coordinate with the Buying & Trading teams to align on product performance reporting and visibility through the Operations Reporting Hub.
· Support Account Managers with the automation and validation of sell-out data to ensure complete and accurate visibility across the channel.
Meetings & Coordination
· Provide support in preparing presentations and materials for Channel meetings, Franchise updates, and cross-functional sessions.
· Assist in logistics and coordination for bootcamps, workshops, and team projects.
Audit & Compliance Support
· Help organize and maintain audit documentation and controls related to the Franchise framework, ensuring compliance with global standards.
2. Knowledge Soft Skills and desired Abilities:
· Results – oriented
· KPI – driven (analytical, EXCEL proficiency to manage indicators analysis)
· Powerpoint management
· PowerBI is a plus
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data to support business insights.
· Proactive and eager to learn, with curiosity about franchise operations, GTM processes, and retail dynamics.
· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.
3. Requisite Education and Minimum Qualifications:
Education
· Active university student in the final semesters of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
· (Preferred) Coursework related to data analysis, commercial management, or marketing.
